Pros: Flexible and great work life balance. Great culture and values. Good benefits Free coffee Stability Fat bonuses once you are a director people are great Leadership is great
Cons: 4. Work life balance is hit or miss by role some are good and others a nightmare Bad culture Low salary and Less benefits While I enjoyed the people that I worked with the last team that I worked on never felt like a good fit for me. The leadership didn't have a sense of direction and often added to the chaos and dysfunction within the group.
The worst thing about benefits is how health insurance companies attempt to limit their risk and payment responsibility. This is not an issue of American Express it is just the way the health insurance industry works. IVF benefits and lots of internal woman and family support options and programs. Great benefits overall with Amex
