Pros: Great people Experienced leadership: Ion founder of Databricks. Great culture and work life balance Tech career growth is good
Cons: Like other startups you won't have the same benefits as major tech companies (health big 401k match)
Best benefits include healthcare offerings good health insurance but most company perks revolved around being in office No 401k match. Vision/Dental/Health Care are all pretty industry norm. Lunch and dinner is provided with options for take-out if you're working from home.Good commuter benefits as well to cover parking in the city public transit or Ubers. Not quite enough for bidirectional travel but generally good for one-way/part-way (depends on how far you live of course).
