    Work from home flexibility is good. WFH policy is 3 days in office/2 days remote. 401K match is pretty decent vacation/sick time is a little better than average. 38 combined PTO days per year available upon hire. Increases with accumulation of time in company.

    The best the multitude of value added benefits and resources available as an employee. the worst is that minor benefits like family counseling can drop off at the end of the year. There is no sabatical but vacation and holiday accrual adds up quickly. prettey goood and well company forever Pay not the best but decent WLB
