Pros: Flexible Great job for students finishing college Decent pay Management is supportive and gelping The clients and staff are amazing to work with! Great training It's a small clinic with flexible hours.
Cons: Pay Is low in comparison Inconsistent management Training is minimal. Long hours lots of RBT turnover

Pros: Flexible Great job for students finishing college Decent pay Management is supportive and gelping Great training The kids and my coworkers are great It's a small clinic with flexible hours.
Cons: Pay Is low in comparison Inconsistent management There are changes to treatment plans based off clinician feedback so there can be frequent changes but they always come with training and support Long hours lots of RBT turnover
