Pros: Competitive salary Great company full of great people Great culture Work / Life Balance is good Good work environment for the employees
Cons: Annual Salary was low compared to competitive firms People were great but the outer culture wasn't. heavy (lots of people creating work very few people doing it) competitive culture lack of respect for personal time (15 hour days plus weekends) mandatory last No work life balance for senior role Unhealthy work environment “good ol boys club”.
Generous Paid Time Off Provided Not the best insurance but decent Hybrid Scheduling is nice. Health insurance is not the best.
