Pros: The pay and the benefits were excellent and the work wasn't bad when it was what I was supposed to be doing.
Cons: Very high turnover rate. I witnessed 2 people get fired before I was even there a month. Personal disputes and tension between the employees and bank manager made it into a hostile work environment very quickly. Next to nothing was done by district management about the situation despite several other employees making HR filings. Due to firing more experienced full time employees, I was forced into full time hours and head teller responsibilities despite not knowing a lot of the basics.
When employees have concerns or grievances don't just shuffle people around. It reflects poorly on the company that none of the problems are every addressed.

Pros: Good pay for the area and good benefits. A lot of supplemental insurance options if you choose to purchase them.
Cons: Typical call center. Was put on the phones at the end of a three-week training. This was too soon to be put on the phones for an entire eight-hour shift. Not enough support when I needed questions answered in order to help the customers.

Salary - A | Culture - F | Management - A | Coworkers - D
Pros: It works if you have a manager who is supportive and shields you, benefits are good
Cons: HR is awful and leadership too. Mediocracy will always be because strong performers get punished with more work and usually leave because of burn out. Employees can be toxic and have poor ethical values. The company is a mess and everyone is in fear. Employees do not operate like a team. Management is out of touch with what actually goes on and there is a large disconnect between reality and decision making.
Move employees around, need to move employees who have been on the same teams for extended periods of time. Need leadership who is willing to get into the weeds.
