Pros: You can learn modelling skills
Cons: It’s a nightmare!!! They don’t treat you like human beings. They didn’t care whether you are dead or not. Not to mention your health! Avoid going to this team, especially some Asian team. They will push you and you need to work day and night , weekends, holidays! They don’t care whether you will die or not. And no career opportunities! You are just labor. And also a lot of politics
Change the manager and leads

Salary - D | Culture - F | Management - A | Coworkers - D
Pros: The work/ Life Balance is very good, but it all depends on who you are working under.
Cons: The raise is absolute crap. The company made 9.2B last year and the average raise is less than 2%. The bonus is also no where in line with what recruiting and HR will tell you. Take that % and cut it in half, then reduce it.
A lot of good people are also being let go. They keep folks that must have some great political skills over people that are actually moving the needle.
The CEO also only cares about the stock price. She'll come on sight and lie to you about how she cares. But at the end of the day her 23 million dollar salary is more important to her than her word and the staff.
The DEI is so strong here- I had a VP position open and received multiple emails from 1 and 2 down from the CEO about how hiring someone of color or diversity for my role was the focus. Not the best person, that was never noted. Just someone in the DE area.
Benefits- the more you make the more they take. So, a single guy making decent money will pay double what some one else would pay for a family of 4.
It's a hybrid deal- 3 days in, 2 WFH. They sprung that on us last year with no warning.
Also, the communication is terrrrrrible.. You find out your boss or bosses boss was let go based on a new org chart from someone that is 4 levels above you that you've never met.
Stop playing to an agenda. We've lost the ability to finance hundreds of millions of dollars due to the CEO's politics. Also, your communication stinks.
