Pros: Good culture, smart colleagues for the most part
Cons: No room for upward mobility. Salary stagnates if you stay too long.

Change salary bands so that they are not so extreme. It's demoralizing when you've been there for a while and then see someone with less than half of your experience and responsibilities come in brand new and make 20K more than you, just because they were an external hire.

Pros: Citi is one of the world’s largest financial institutions, with a presence in over 160 countries and jurisdictions. Its global reach allows clients to access services internationally and provides employees with opportunities to work on cross-border projects.
Cons: As a large, multinational corporation, Citi has a complex structure that can make it difficult for clients and employees to navigate. This complexity sometimes leads to inefficiencies and can slow down decision-making processes, making it harder to respond quickly to market changes or client needs.
