Cons: Strong work hard play hard culture During my time there leadership chased industry buzzwords like crypto and AI at the behest of the core userbase and rolled out multiple changes to the app's design and core primitives that resulted in the app store ratings for the apps plummeting. Just had layoffs to correct for that mistake.

Great Severance. State minimum for maternity leave. Ok parental benefits - Snoo Carrot etc. Wasn't overly supported or communicated. Love our Wellness Benefits! (We can use it towards video games!!) versatile and inclusive with some fun perks too like wellness fund you can buy video games with (or fitness stuff) Great snacks and food if you are onsite - you don't have to be but can and there are company gatherings free lunch etc. for folks who do want to go in or live nearby
