Pros: Unlimited vacation.
Good benefits.
Work from home for internal roles.
Cons: After 10 year at EY I was summarily laid off with 3 months severance. The firm is nowhere what it used to be and doesn't seem to really care about employees even though they say they do. It's all about the partners making as much money as they can.
The failed split was a fiasco.
