Pros: Relatively easy work and average project isn't difficult
Cons: Declining culture within the firm, especially since 2020. Lack of real investment in development of junior staff. Salary and benefits are mediocre at best.

Cut out the bureaucracy and start selling better projects; quit aiming to become Accenture 2.0.

Pros: Unlimited vacation. Good benefits. Work from home for internal roles.
Cons: After 10 year at EY I was summarily laid off with 3 months severance. The firm is nowhere what it used to be and doesn't seem to really care about employees even though they say they do. It's all about the partners making as much money as they can. The failed split was a fiasco.
