Pros: 3) The salaries are competitive and the benefits are very good (for contractors too) 4) Positions 100% remote hybrid or not. Ebury generally over pay to compensate for no benefits and a poisonous culture. 1) The people are amazing especially in the Tech/Risk/Security area 2) The culture of the company is very light and soft.
Cons: No benefits. The CEO just doesn't believe in it. Management have no interest in ESG and everything they state is fake on this subject.
