Pros: benefits are ok like school repayment less on health insurance 401k match Good benefits nice people doing good for the public.
Cons: Fixed 3% salary increase high turn over Not feeling noticed by upper management. inclusive culture more focused on individual titles than the individuals themselves and valuing their input
Paid time off is great. New Hires start with 23 days per year 401k ok health insurance Pto location is a horrible commute
