Pros: Great salary offered and clear progression pathway. The offices are lovely and lots of little perks like free coffee machines snacks social events charity fundraising etc. Best company I've ever worked for in terms of the diversity and inclusion work they are doing.
Cons: Communication within departments could be a bit better at times but generally good.
