Pros: Great benefits and office/company culture. The culture is good. Fair pay Love the senior leadership appreciate the mentoring and appreciate helping women in STEM. Good work Life balance.
Cons: Pay is average but I wouldn't necessarily say it's at the appropriate market level and is not competitive. unprofessional and bad leadership No work life balance constant pressure to get work done under tight budgets
401k is matched at every pay period. Nothing overly exciting about the benefits package. The breadth of the benefits package at Garver is the best part of it - it's easily the best I've heard of in the industry
