    Pros: Forward thinking in some areas and domains If you are a technologist, you will easily stand out among your “peers” Great for anyone who is internationally mobile, and wants to grow their career that way Almost everyone is friendly and approachable
    Cons: Too many people in Tech who aren’t technical enough, and leadership is not addressing it Constant re-planning of investment budgets due to cost challenges Global teams in London and Hong Kong want to command and control, though are rarely capable of executing

    Get serious about managing lack of tech expertise in Tech roles, there’s no excuse for anyone in Tech to not be technical Figure out how to avoid constant investment budget replans. It’s disruptive and demoralising
