    Cons: -maximally bureaucratic -everything directed out of london ultimately -no real commitment outside of china/middle east -actually a lender/trade finance operator, has no true strength in inv. banking

    Pros: Here at HSBC we gauge and strengthen our global markets to a broader scale - contrary to what our competitors may think. Our TEAMS both in the US and internationally work collaboratively day in and day out to ensure we remain on the positive.
    Cons: Given the global markets downward decline, HSBC has profit loss with a decrease of a few billion dollars.
