    Salary - B | Culture - C | Management - C | Coworkers - C

Pros: Flexible scheduling with flexible hours
    Cons:

Better parental leave support (16w paid leave)Better insurance coverage as the company grows Flexible PTO company-wide break between Christmas and New Year's health insurance etc. Beyond that Headway offers an annual therapy stipend which is nice. The NYC office has great snacks and free lunch twice a week. There is no 401k matching but that's standard at a pre-IPO company. I was a contractor. No benefits provided.
