Pros: Great customer assignment and Infosys management pretty much stayed away.
Cons: Infosys management pretty much stayed away. Communication was poor since the Infosys "handler" didn't speak English well for that 1x a year they did want to speak. HR and management was clueless when the contract ended and sent conflicting messages on who was responsible for finding the next assignment. The expectation of checking Infosys email on an Infosys computer was rediculous. Jumping through hoops to log into the Infosys VPN was equally frustrating. Everything on the part of Infosys could have been streamlined.
Streamline the Infosys email process, have account managers/handlers that speak English. The company LinkedIn account makes it sound like the company cares, but that certainly was not the impression I had working at a customer site for 3 years.

Pros: I don't have any pros. I worked there for a year, It wasn't a pleasant experience.
Cons: Low compensation, managers who won't respond to chats/emails. There was no internal system to volunteer for work or see deals in the pipeline; you had to "cold call" people in the email hierarchy to ask for work (90% of the time, you would not receive a response). When projects slowed, I helped Senior Principals and Associate Partners with business development. My business development efforts did not count toward my performance review. Infosys prefers offshoring to India to cut costs. I spoke to other employees and the cons I listed are a common topic of discussion. Most of my work friends are looking for other jobs.
Respond to your emails and chats! Ghosting is never polite.

Pros: Due to the company’s consulting business size, it’s run like a well funded startup where you learn a lot about consulting and have direct access to all levels of leadership.
Cons: They tend to be delayed on promotion cycles and payout of bonuses.
