    Pros: #NAME?
Cons: - Pay is $17 and you cannot get a raise unless you have an associates degree…even with certifications, even if you are in school, even if you’ve worked more than 2 years and been on project. They do not reward their long-term employees despite their claims of being “growth-based”. - U.S. based employees are not prioritized for raises as it is an India-based company and most revenue is made overseas. - Projects are random and can be working a demanding project for little to no pay

Don’t set unrealistic expectations for raises. Stop asking me to do evaluations 3 times a year for no raise, it’s simply a waste of my time.
