Salary - C | Culture - A | Management - A | Coworkers - B
Pros: Great place to start your career, get experience, and regular training. Very Organized. Many professionals.
Cons: Pay developers low with a slight increase each year. Then stopped increases for many professionals the last couple years. Sometimes treated as a "resource" instead of person.
There was a random occurrence, where someone referred to us as "resources" and was not necessarily patient with those on bench, I'd watch out for that. Outside of that, more personal guidance sessions with employees in career growth, current project, and job search could help. Overall experience is positive.
