    Salary - F | Culture - F | Management - F | Coworkers - F

Pros: Willing to perform the minimum legally required of an employer
Cons: No raise for six years despite being 100% billable with happy client. Stopped paying bonus. Requested everyone work 9 hours/day rather than 8. Stopped vacation accrual during COVID. Did not pay me for over 2 weeks of accrued vacation when I left.

Stop treating your employees as badly as you can legally get away with. Your HR systems are embarrassingly bad and should be rebuilt from scratch; consider hiring a good technology consulting company to do it.
