Cons: No raise for six years despite being 100% billable with happy client.
Stopped paying bonus.
Requested everyone work 9 hours/day rather than 8.
Stopped vacation accrual during COVID.
Did not pay me for over 2 weeks of accrued vacation when I left.
Stop treating your employees as badly as you can legally get away with. Your HR systems are embarrassingly bad and should be rebuilt from scratch; consider hiring a good technology consulting company to do it.
