Pros: Well paid and great benefits work life balance Will be good after spending few years as same work will repeat and you can finish it with in hours. 4. Fairly good pay (as it fits well with the salary parameters I must follow.) Great culture & people Strong Values Offices amazing Benefits top notch Intuit has great values and the people you work with are always willing to help.
Cons: Some of the training you have a time limit to finish and no benefits if you are not full time year round employee No work life balance depending on team and leaders. Pay is low and you have to fight for hours Expect to be gaslighted daily expect unachievable deadlines expect constantly moving goalposts and the most toxic culture imaginable and alternative facts to be conjured to keep you in check and under control. Most of the teams are full of good people working hard to make a difference for their customers.

Well rounded with great benefits Time off is the best Awesome overall. System for FSA can be really challenging to use.

The best thing about the benefits package was the cheap health insurance and well-being benefits. Very good benefit for seasonal employee Excellent package even for part time hours

Most of the teams are full of good people working hard to make a difference for their customers.

Excellent overall benefits for health PTO etc Good benefits at Intuit for all Medical insurance is actually amazing and cheap. There are really no paid holidays and virtually no paid vacation for employees. My manager gave me a hard time anytime I took off for doctors appointments so much so I felt guilty even using my “benefits.”

Pros: Well paid and great benefits Intuit has a great culture and provides a lot of benefits. Great people to work who are kind humble and helpful Great work life balance and never ending benefits Good pay.
Cons: Few benefits for seasonal employees. Passive aggressive culture A lot of work sometime it can be hard to maintain a good work/life balance Company does not force overtime but certainly incentivizes it with great pay.

Great benefits typical of a large tech company Best thing is great benefits and perks as a employee Take great care of their employees

Pros: Great culture & people Strong Values Offices amazing Benefits top notch The benefits and opportunities are great Great people and even better talent Work/Life Balance has been great since onboarding at Intuit. Great people amazing leadership (Sasan Laura etc) work/life balance
Cons: the culture has changed less benefits for France employees. No effective development onboarding push to get rid of QA as practice which will absolutely lead to a worse application unnecessary and/or unavoidable complexity of systems to satisfy executive desires to 'accelerate' horrendous communication norms or lack thereof no safety of transparent with top level leadership because they don't want to hear it no work life balance and respected by executive leadership pushes for culture are destructive and selfish such as requiring hybrid work versus creating environment that people want to come to the office for However an empathetic leadership allows all the flexibility to schedule the meetings as per convenience.

Great benefits and rsu too! 401k match subsidized food and transportation Great company. Celebrates diversity & growth
