A good amount of PTO most departments are still on a hybrid model which provides flexibility. Parental leave is 16 weeks though it would be nice if it was at least 2 weeks more. No issues come to mind. Good benefits package All benefits are good; education one through Guild Education is good

A very strong firm with great opportunities. The best is that the insurance is only 230-50 dollars per pay period nothing is over expected lowball

The medical deductible too high Strict on return to the office but they make a lot of exceptions especially for executives which disrupts team culture Could be better hoping for improvement
