Very competitive benefits for the industry. Health insurance is adequate but not free 401k with matching PTO 401K Insurance Time Off Unpaid Leave Customers

Cons: Great work life balance… Management is either inexperienced or institutionalised. Pay is also so low for the area. Work environment wasn't that great people didn't get along with each other and the workspace felt like a morgue. Fare salary and benefits fare fare

Great 401k matching. Upto 6% dollar for dollar 3 weeks PTO 5 Weeks maternity leave is the best part. Benefits are better than most in the industry but many changes have deteriorated it in the past couple of years.

Great 401K match good HDP health insurance The best thing about the benefits package is probably the stock purchase program. You can purchase stock through payroll at a discounted stock price. This position has all other benefits (Health/life insurance 401K match HSA PTO parental leave etc.) except yearly bonus.
