The management trusts in people, genuinely cares about employees well being and professional development offering numerous opportunities for growth and learning. Nokia continue to push employees to learn and grow. The management opens to the idea of creative thinking, new ideas, encourages employees to make decisions
Cons: As you have to work with global locations and cross functional team, the work hour starts very early and end up working late to accomodate different time zones. Remote work however work hours are long.
As most people work remotely, the company must try to build a team work environment by having yearly team meeting to meet the entire team/organization in one place to have a face-to-face work environment in one location where everyone works as a team.
