    Pros: Nokia has good benefits; they don't contribute to 401(k) but they have pension plan, where Nokia Contributes from 5 - 10% of base salary towards a pension plan. Health premiums are very reasonable.
    Cons: Nokia is not doing well, hence there won't be much growth, currently going through many lay-offs.

    Nokia is losing customers left and right, Nokia lost a Verizon, AT&T for 5G, there aren't many customers left in US.
