Salary - B | Culture - A | Management - A | Coworkers - A
Pros: Work-life balance.
Financial + Retirement. 401(K) Company equity.
Cons: Nothing much.
Growth is slow
Salary - C | Culture - A | Management - A | Coworkers - B
Pros: Excellent ethics, diversity, and global presence. Very good benefits, and for most likely a good work life balance.
Cons: Add some events. Match the 401k and stop that silly "4% pension". Acknowledge those who work through the many time zones of the company - it affects our lives and impacts our personal situations adversely.
You have to do the difficult actions, this is understood. But while the people are there, do more for them personally. Plan events more. Reinstate 401k matching and stop that silly minimal "pension". Have a get together for local emplyees. To be fair, the company is going through tough times. Survive and kick A**. Good luck to you.
