Pros: I've heard the pay is good. Good benefits adequate pay awesome coworkers Staff cares deeply about each Great leadership.
Cons: Good pay and benefits are a way to distract people while they work them to death. Management is incompetent and doesn't care good counselors are driven away knowing they can lock interns in with lucrative signing bonuses then do it all over again when you leave the moment you are able to.
