  • Don’t expect to climb the proverbial ladderAccount Manager | Charlotte, NC

    Salary - C | Culture - D | Management - C | Coworkers - D

Pros: Remote, benefits, and job security
Cons: Many of the jobs end up being outsourced to the Philippines, must endure much verbal abuse from customers, it’s all about who you know, they do not help to pay for at home office equipment

Stop being so greedy and handing out pay raises in the corporate level, let the profits trickle down and show your employees you appreciate the hard work and level of abuse the job requires.

Pros: Work from home, understandable metrics. Coworkers are great
Cons: Unfavorable CEO, pay is terrible, literally cannot afford a 1 bedroom, utilities, and personal experiences with this pay. I am drowning. Living paycheck to paycheck within a company that rakes in so much money yearly is disgusting.

Pay your employees what they're worth. You ask for perfection, pay accordingly.
