Pros: - 401k matching
- ESPP
- Generous PTO Offering
Cons: - Terrible work life balance. They basically expect you to work nights for free during their "peak" season to get anything done.
- So uselessly bureaucratic that I'm surprised anything ever gets done. Good luck getting a promotion.
- Refuse to hire full-time in the US even though they made billions of dollars in previous quarters. Reasoning is lack of profits.
- Figure out that hiring/losing contractors over and over wears on your team and wastes everyone's time.
- Either pay salary folks OT or figure out how to compensate them for your dumb peak season hours. Working nights and weekends should not be the norm.

Pros: big company , great benefits, great pto, lots of departments and options for growth
Cons: they dont have any programs or services that allow you to learn new skills and advance. you have to be willing to work for a long time without recognition and even then you are only compensated once per yr. i have been in 5 different departments with only one lateral move
give opportunities to people that willing step up and train other or work on projects

Pros: Remote work
Flexible hours
Average Pay
Cons: Leadership is inept
Micro managed
Constantly changing procedures
Put the proper leadership in place. Create an environment where you don't constantly feel like you might be terminated. Executive Leadership needs to monitor senior leadership to see how they treat their employees.
Salary - C | Culture - F | Management - F | Coworkers - F
Pros: PTO & benefits 401k match
Cons: No work life balance, many people work nights and weekends beyond regular day times hours, not to mention regular day time hours can be 10+ any given day. Management is forced to give people negative reviews in order to include them in their next round of layoffs. Recent layoffs on 10/17 and there will be more in 2025. Meaningless surveys they ask you to fill out but nothing changes. Raises and RRP awards are non existent. If you are not a favorite of management you will be let go
Stop the contstant layoffs
