Pros: If you have good territory, commission are very good
Cons: I have had 6 managers in 4 years

Much of focus it spent managing up vs customer management and contact

Pros: Lots of great people to work with
Cons: Terrible culture where most are worried about their job security. Managers who publicly ask "Who's fault is this?" and throw their employees under the proverbial bus to make sure they don't get or share any blame. Senior employees laid off and replaced by NCG's (New College Grads) at 1/3rd of salary.

Loyalty to employees. And pay the often discussed but never realized salary bonus!

Pros: A plethora of benefits, if you can figure out how to access them Tuition Reimbursment Flexible Hours Hybrid Work for some Good work-life balance, ignoring the commute
Cons: Onsite work, mediocre leadership, very political office. Little advancement.

Move more day to day operations to more affordable locales.

Pros: Consistent culture and pay. Less stressful than many other companies
Cons: Long sales cycle and highly dependent on single deal for quota attainment

Pros: great work life balance unlimited PTO lots of trainings
Cons: hard to hit quota too many departments and teams to pull in for sales cycle confusing and overwhelming very technical and long sale cycle

Cons: low annual pay raises, bonus package

Cons: oracle doesnt offer raises that well

Cons: unhealthy work environment where profits are worth more than its greatest asset - its people.

Support those employees doing the right thing for their customers rather than those only focused on contracting for compensation
