Managers who publicly ask "Who's fault is this?" and throw their employees under the proverbial bus to make sure they don't get or share any blame. Senior employees laid off and replaced by NCG's (New College Grads) at 1/3rd of salary.
Loyalty to employees. And pay the often discussed but never realized salary bonus!
