  • Hard work, low pay (Oracle Health)Associate Software Developer | Kansas City, MO

    Saturday, October 26, 2024

    Salary - D | Culture - F | Management - A | Coworkers - F

Pros: Good health insurance offerings and costs. This is team-dependent, but I have a great team that really cares about me and the stack, frameworks, technologies, etc. are in-demand across industry.
Cons: Low pay (Oracle Health aka Cerner), no pay raises, no inflation raises, no cost-of-living adjustments, tone-deaf upper management that doesn't care for our constantly expressed concerns, too much work for the amount we're paid.

Increase salaries for employees that were acquired from Cerner and at a bare minimum, provide inflationary raises.
