Pros: I liked my direct manager though (it's all cons from here Some really top people in the business that genuinely care and always give time to help. Comprehensive and tailored training throughout the onboarding process meant that I had a seamless transition into the new role and industry. High Commissions and Great Base salary The people at Orbis are key to the great company culture which was even maintained throughout the pandemic when we were all working remotely!
Cons: When leaving the company I informed my direct manager of these issues in particular my experience with one individual.
Solid Benefits package Good Healthcare coverage Great time off great 401k match good health benefits. Most staffing companies provide little to no 401k low PTO and poor work flexibility. Orbis provides a very strong 401k program over 4 weeks of PTO and incredible flexibility and hybrid working.
