Pros: PwC provides access to an impressive Global network of finance & accounting professionals and offers top-of-the-line career opportunities from data development to global experiences to reinvest initiatives. It is a firm with a heart, caring for employees with resources for mental & physical well-being, as well as the communities & environment in which PwC operates in. The firm is well-diversified in its service offerings & fairly recession resilient relative to other firms / industries.
Cons: That being said, the culture can be quite specific to your group and market. I have worked in a couple of different groups that were vastly different & offered a wide range of flexibility & support. One of which I saw a future in and the other left me burnt out & uninspired, which drove me to ultimately choose to leave the firm.
