Pros: Professional Culture and flexible working environment
Cons: Recently, the workload is becoming too heavy
Need to properly assess the workload of each staff level and equally distribute the work

Cons: Hours, initially pay but this seems to have changed since I left, and office politics on awarding bonuses and raises

Cons: The compensation package is average.

Pros: There's a huge variety in projects and clients. I'm lucky to have the opportunity to work with a variety of people and their projects.
Cons: There is a lot of work, with unreasonable expectations of delivery.

Pros: The name carries weight when looking at options in industry. Great people for the most part. Salary is also pretty competitive.
Cons: Huge firm, easy to get lost in it. Promotions can be hard to come by, you can work your best and they won't promote you because of "firm performance". Bonuses are lacking. Got laid off due to restructure mid-project but again, expected from a large firm.
