    Cons: In such a large company and business units it can be hard to stand out for recognition and promotions even if you are going above and beyond. Busy season can sometimes be overwhelming.

    Pros: In ten years I’ve had a very positive experience. They expect a lot and push you, so you grow.
    Cons: Can be political. I happen to be working with someone who doesn’t delegate and takes credit for work, but that’s been the exception not the norm.

    New leadership coming in so too soon.

    Cons: Consulting staffs nationally so you may not be in person with your team if you don’t travel, low vacation days when just starting
