Cons: In such a large company and business units it can be hard to stand out for recognition and promotions even if you are going above and beyond. Busy season can sometimes be overwhelming.

Cons: Can be political. I happen to be working with someone who doesn’t delegate and takes credit for work, but that’s been the exception not the norm.
