    Salary - B | Culture - B | Management - C | Coworkers - B

Pros: Hires fast and has great benefits Decent pay and able to work remote Being able to work from home Management was amazing and always positive Good Culture
Cons: Unstable metrics 8 team leads in 1 year tanked benefits Low Pay compared to other companies Worst management to much of mental pressure and politics I will never recommend this place to work The deceit and cancel culture is palpable.

Good health coverage. You can work from home if you live more than 30 miles from the nearest office The best thing about the benefits package at PayPal is the comprehensive Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) which allows employees to contribute up to 10% of their base salary. Additionally the generous relocation bonus of $10 000 helps engineers settle into their new location smoothly. On the other hand the worst aspect could be the limited fertility assistance options as some employees might find the egg freezing benefit insufficient for their family planning needs Great Benefits for all employees
