    Salary - B | Culture - B | Management - A | Coworkers - B

Pros: It's a great time to be a female employee at PEP. You will be first in line for advancement. There is job security if your are a knowledgeable employee, because they need knowledgeable employees to explain things to oblivious consultants over and over again. Culture is on the woke side, if you're into that. If you're not, just skip those webinars and do your work.
Cons: There is an army of middle management that doesn't wear boots or safety glasses, just make Power Points all day. The company as a whole is entering a challenging period and is expecting a rocky few years ahead.

Keep over-paying for unprofitable brands like Rockstar and find out what happens.
