Salary - C | Culture - A | Management - A | Coworkers - A
Pros: Good Work Culture. People are at its center.
Cons: Fair and equal compensation: Tenured Employees make way more money than someone who recently joins the role, sometimes almost double. This is unfair when the job responsibilities are same. The organization should strive to close the gap or push the tenured employees to higher challenges.
