Pros: Pepsi had good break room food

Pros: The only thing I enjoyed about PepsiCo is that they're so disorganized they can't keep track of their employees so the work-life balance is good. Nobody tracked vacation days, sick days, etc. so you could just come and go as you please.
Cons: Toxic leadership at all levels. Don't expect promotions or raises unless you're a part of the happy hour clique. Every software tool used is ancient (literally from the 1980s).

    Salary - B | Culture - F | Management - A | Coworkers - B

Pros: Sizable budget, plenty of resources, upward mobility. Everyone seems kind, and executives are always open to discussion. Never felt unheard or unwelcomed in any meetings. Facilities are above average, and great social events. Good fit for driven individuals
Cons: 24/7 operation (phone always on), lacking a willingness for real improvement, and inability to hold accountability. Seems like everyone works in silos, and only wants to appear to do their job effectively

drive to actual results, and make accountability easier

  • Could be Great but Corporate MentalitySales Representative | Denver, CO

    Tuesday, November 30, -0001

    Salary - D | Culture - F | Management - F | Coworkers - F

Pros: Alot of Opportunity could make alot of money.
Cons: You expected to do way more than what is reasonable set up to fail.

Leaders grab the shovel and help there team especially when the sales reps do all the work. Other vendors like coke and 7up have it figured our Pepsi does not and they carry the most product it's insane the expectations for one person.

  • Frito Lay BEWARERSR Route Sales Representative | Columbus, OH

    Tuesday, November 30, -0001

    Salary - F | Culture - F | Management - A | Coworkers - F

Pros: No supervisor breathing down your back, somewhat able to create your own schedule.
Cons: Horrible communication, unrealistic plan numbers, new product forced out even if it doesn't sell which negatively impacts your pay, product that is nearing stale date in warehouse forced onto your order so it doesn't stale out in the warehouse and they can take money out of your check, low pay, target pay is based on 45 hours a week if you don't hit that then your pay is drastically cut. Ect, ect. Ect

Stop advertising a target pay and tell people what their base pay a year is without overtime. Stop preaching to follow planagram and force out product that has no spot in the planagram. Take responsibility for ordering to much product and stop putting that nearly stale product on your reps to have to credit out.

    Salary - A | Culture - A | Management - A | Coworkers - B

Pros: It was a good way to make decent money without a college degree. If you just do what your supposed to when it comes to stocking and building displays no one really bothers you.
Cons: You will work a lot

Send more help to the sales associates when they have big deliveries. They did get better with that as time went on.
