Pros: Work life balance is good No Job security No pros Good Management They provide good salary and package Good work culture
Cons: No work life balance and No job security they will hire you for 15 days and after 1 month they will fire you without any notice. Bad Management If you are out of the project for even 1 day no salary will be paid for that day. Extended work culture in most projects

Pros: Work life balance is good No Job security No pros Good Management They provide good salary and package Good work culture
Cons: No work life balance and No job security they will hire you for 15 days and after 1 month they will fire you without any notice. Micro management You have to be in office for 6 hours No hikes No variable pay If you are out of the project for even 1 day no salary will be paid for that day. Shops are better than this they are not running the company never seen and heard about organisation like this seriously no tea coffee machine in office no facilities for employees except water no work culture mandatory to complete 9 hours in office otherwise lop will be there.
