Pros: It's an awesome team to be in! The management is great. Innovative product that is already a force to be reckoned with in the EPM space with an incredibly talented team that release features at rocket speed I just love working with tons of inspiring individuals who'll get out of their way to make sure my work environment is the best.
Cons:

Pros: Unique global culture is a TRUE melting pot Great product fit leadership has come from the space for many years. company is growing rapidly ton of opportunity for career progression across departments
Cons: Culture is terrible. The leadership actually make it feel like they want you to fail. I was terminated because of their strategy change/error and they handed off the deal to another rep who is not of the same quality plus gave them the commission. Benefits are terrible.
Outstanding health insurance wish we received more PTO. Terrible. Zero local HR support for the most basic benefits. Many late and incorrect paychecks.
