Pros: The benefits of working here are good, good 401k and stock.
Cons: Management doesnt communicate, especially with their systems departments and often neglects them or refuses to get them the assistance they need. If you do not work out of specific warehouses or corporate your ability to move up is limited. The pay for the department doesnt match what is available for similar jobs.
Send out regular emails to assist your staff and staff them properly, actually listen to the advice they give about a position you have no idea how it operates.

Pros: - Great first job especially if your still in highschool (in my personal experience, the schedule was flexible and I was able to work while in school and still have time for any extracurriculars)
- decent pay for the field (not the greatest starting pay but it's very easy to promote, monthly bonuses can bring in an extra 200-300$ depending on area, and in my personal circumstance I was able to make pretty decent money for my age)
- Ability to make quick advancement (if you work hard, know the right people, and stay outta trouble, you can promote within 3-6 months)
Cons: - Customers are terrible (frequent Karens, tweakers, and just generally insane people on the daily)
- kitchen is a nightmare (Ask anyone who works at QT and 99% of people will say they hate it. it's a one man show. it takes a long time to nail down and get consistent with. took me a year and a half just to consistently close at 10)
- I don't recommend full-time hours for clerks (I recommend promoting if you wanna go full time. Full time as a clerk is very mentally and physically draining. With full time you get to do all the dirty work and deal with the customers but without the power and benefits you would have as a assistant manger, definitely not worth it)
