Pros: You get 15 sick days in a year; you can "partial" if you don't want to work your full shift; you work with very kind and hardworking people; you can pick up shifts at other stores if you need hours, or post your shifts online for someone else to take; you get free fountain drinks while on the clock
Cons: Pay isn't enough for the amount of work expected; you have to cover your tattoos and you can't have facial hair; you're on your feet the entire shift and don't get breaks; can be mentally and physically exhausting and draining at times

Pros: It is a nice paying job with simple but demanding duties. It is fast paced, you stay on your feet, but time goes by quickly. After a certain period of time, you start getting a bonus every third Wednesday of the week.
Cons: The work environment can be unfriendly because of the high pressure and managers can be hard to please. You work a lot and are tired on your off days, so the work/life balance is difficult to manage.
