Pros: QT is very diverse and welcoming. They give you opportunities to make more money.
Cons: This place is the worst place I’ve ever. If you’re a good worker they will work you like a dog and give you little to no incentive. There’s NO benefits as a part time clerk and there’s no breaks. You can’t even sit for 5 minutes. In my opinion I feel replaceable if it really came down to it.
Management AND corporate needs to actually mean what they say about valuing their employees. This corporation is a multimillion if not BILLION dollar company, I believe you can afford to raise the base pay. QTs retention level would be higher if they actually played fair with ALL of their employees instead of just the managers.

Cons: to go on emergency relief you have to be on call to drive 30 miles as the crow flys which has taken me from buda to round rock
