Pros: work life balance is good it has a very Friendly atmosphere good culture Employee friendly.
Cons: No work life balance worst team managers HRs are not good Salary will be on hold during 1st month of resignation remaining 2 months you will get salary and will be paid during F&F revengeful attitude of senior management
Awesome health insurance low deductibles excellent coverage. good benefits in Quinnox comapny Benefits are fine for freshers but are pretty bleak compared to other companies. Vacation days are very limited and 401k match is pretty small too. Other benefits are decent. Good company and good work environment though
