    Pros: good work life balance and And good benefits Salesforce was a market leader in the SAAS space with an great Ohana culture for 2 decades. Good pay and perks. Great people to work with
    Cons: No work life balance Moderate Benefits Culture is changing Management is tone deaf Pay is low They only care about documents ppts show off and to be an apple polisher of the people above you since your promotion is decided by people who does know you (yes crazy right).

    Hands down the best benefits in the business plus a culture that supports employee health & wellbeing Great benefits Great experience great management Great benefits at this company
