Pros: #NAME?
Cons: - No scope for career growth.
- Very focused on billing hours.
- The job description is deceiving. They say Research Scientist but you hardly get to do any research. The focus was always on procuring customers and trying to bill them as much as possible with easy solution that rarely involve any actual research work.
- Will lay you off brutally.
- Compensation and benefits are below industry standards.
- The longer you stay here, the more unemployable you will become outside this company as there is no scope for technical skills development.
- Also, very partial to Germans. Other nationalities are not given priority for promotions and given priority for lay-offs. But they don't lay off Germans.
