Pros: Competitive Salary & Incentive Combination. Freedom to build your business within the confines of the corporate structure. Wealth building opportunities w/ 401k, Stock program.
Cons: Overall Benefit package is positive however the medical insurance programs provided are not up to the level of many large highly profitable companies. They are more expensive and less covering than the recent past.

Siemens seems to be moving to more of a micro management style w/ more corporate oversight. This may be beneficial in some aspects of the business but can be constrictive in allowing sales staff to flurish .
