Salary - A | Culture - A | Management - C | Coworkers - A
Pros: I write my own schedule. I love the work/life balance I’ve been able to achieve.
Cons: At the end of the day, it’s up to me. Definitely expected to work outside of my 40 schedule. I’m in AL, so I don’t get OT like I did in CA so if I have to work 16 hours in one day, oh well!

Salary - C | Culture - F | Management - F | Coworkers - D
Pros: Benefits are nice but not worth the experience as a salaried employee, you get most of the same benefits as an hourly employee without the stress and I would suggest that.
Cons: Enjoyed the job as an hourly partner but as a salary partner you are expected to work for free constantly, I usually work 55-65 hours rather than 40. We get 4 weeks of vacation time but I have never used more than half of mine due to working so much constantly when I took more than two days off a week probably worked 12 hour days the days I was there. Very little support from other store managers and your own leaders. No work life balance at all. Turnover rate for this position is very high due to this reason.
